The MDI Biological Laboratory’s extensive courses-and-conferences program is supported by modern infrastructure and skilled staff.
The Maren Auditorium is a fully equipped conference facility that accommodates up to 155 participants. Three flexible lecture/teaching spaces can be configured according to specific needs for smaller groups.
On-campus cottages, apartments, and dormitories accommodate up to 130 visitors. Additional housing is available within easy walking distance.
The Dining Hall provides traditional meal service as well as specialty catering.
Acadia National Park is located five minutes from campus and is home to miles of rocky shoreline, abundant wildlife, and Cadillac Mountain—the tallest mountain on the Atlantic coast.
