Eligibility: Middle school and high school students who have participated in the program before are eligible to apply. Students will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
Program Limit: 12 students.
Description: Students will be meeting with staff scientists and community volunteers to carry out field studies and eelgrass restoration each morning. Field studies include crab census work, eelgrass harvesting, and eelgrass restoration. Low tides will dictate the daily schedule. On Friday, we will have a pizza lunch to celebrate our hard work, and then present a slide show to parents at 2 pm.
