This course aims to introduce the knowledge, resources, and methods necessary to run high-performance bioinformatics workflows at the level of the individual researcher; be they scientific faculty, educators, or motivated students.

Our target audience is anyone interested in cost-effective usage of commercial cloud computing infrastructure. However, the skills and approaches that we will cover are also applicable to on-premise computing clusters.
