Renewable three-year postdoctoral fellow/research assistant professor positions in the laboratory of Dr. Kevin Strange are available immediately for scientists with a broad interest in ion channel function and regulation. Our laboratory utilizes a multidisciplinary approach including patch clamp electrophysiology, quantitative cellular imaging, molecular biology, protein chemistry, proteomics, computer modeling and reverse and forward genetic analyses to investigate anion channel function, regulation, structure/function relationships and regulatory signaling cascades. Candidates should have or be close to obtaining a Ph.D. in physiology or a related discipline.
